This week, the former Chief technology officer of Coinbase made two $1 million bets that the price of Bitcoin would reach one million dollars in 90 days. I am a big Bitcoin bull, but even I think that this is a crazy bet. Ark invests estimates that it will take 5 years for Bitcoin to reach $1 million in value. But, Mr. Srinivasan believes that the world economies will experience hyperinflation over the next 90 days, and thus a $1 million BTC valuation. Perhaps if the Federal Reserve had not done anything, and we experienced one bank failure after another. But the Federal Reserve has stepped in and offered banks generous loans. So, I believe that hyperinflation has been averted. Tell me what you think in the comments below. A crazy bet or no?
