The most wanted man in crypto has finally been captured. $114 billion was lost from decentralized finance in just three months last year. And this was largely due to one man, Do Kwon, the CEO Terra Labs. Well, Do Kwon, the creator of Tera Luna, was finally arrested in Montenegro. He had been on the run for over a year, and he was traveling using a fake passport from Costa Rica. Do Kwon has been charged with committing crimes in the United States and in South Korea. Both countries will be seeking his extradition. LUNA classic has dropped over 6% since the arrest.
